Power chargers ICI – High-Efficiency Inductive Charging for Electric Vehicles

The ICI High Power Charging Station utilizes Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) technology to inductively deliver energy from a stationary coil to a receiver coil in electric vehicles, eliminating the need for physical contact. This solution enables fast and efficient charging while parked, especially in environments where plug-in connections are impractical or unavailable.

Thanks to advanced SiC (Silicon Carbide) switching technology and a custom-designed coil, the system achieves up to 94% transmission efficiency across air gaps of up to 20 cm. Designed in compliance with DIN/IEC 61980-1 standards, this inductive charging solution ensures maximum safety, reliability, and high performance for modern energy applications.

 
SMC Battery Management System – Advanced Cell Monitoring and Smart Battery Control

Stercom’s Battery Management System (BMS) combines Dynamic Cell Balancing (DCB) boards and String Management Units (SMU) to ensure optimal performance in large battery stacks. Each SMU manages up to 32 modules, monitors protective components, and communicates with higher-level energy systems.

DCB technology detects and corrects cell deviations in real time—even under peak load—ensuring safe and efficient operation. Up to 30 SMUs can be connected in a master-slave configuration, forming scalable battery clusters.

With high-precision measurements of voltage, temperature, and current, the system enables accurate analysis of State of Charge (SoC) and State of Health (SoH) across various cell types, including LFP, NMC, LTO, and SuperCaps. This supports adaptive charging strategies and extends battery life.
