ZAPI GROUP Showcases Advanced Electrification and Safety Solutions at iVT Off-Highway Vehicle Technology Expo

Electrification solutions enabling safety, accuracy, efficiency and productivity in industrial electric machines.

Chicago — August 19, 2026 — ZAPI GROUP, a global leader in electrification, is showcasing integrated electrification and management solutions for off-highway vehicles at iVT Expo USA, taking place August 19-20 in Chicago.

The solutions featured include DC/DC converters, inverters, high-voltage battery chargers, as well as new capabilities in telematics and anti-collision systems designed specifically to meet the needs of OEMs in the off-highway vehicle sector.

Of special interest to iVT Expo attendees are new electric drivetrain sub-system components from several ZAPI GROUP companies:

  • GSM electric motor-generator hybrid solution from Inmotion Technologies
  • IMI integrated motor-inverter from Schabmueller
  • New 6.6 kW low-voltage and 7.2 kW high-voltage on-board charging solutions from Delta-Q Technologies, along with Stercom's 22 kW V2X on-board charger for 350 V to 1000 V systems, which enable OEMs to electrify heavier vehicles with larger battery packs.
  • Stationary charging systems designed to conform with the new LiCOM charging protocol—the future global DC charging interface for industrial vehicles, from ZIVAN.

Lastly, Ubiquicom offers telematics, fleet management, and collision avoidance solutions that enhance ZAPI GROUP's portfolio, helping improve safety and operational efficiency in off-highway and autonomous vehicle applications.

Off-Highway Evolution Summit presentation

On August 20 at 2:20 p.m. CT, ZAPI GROUP will present the session “V2L and V2G Integration in Industrial Vehicles: Technical Considerations.” Presented by Chris Botting, Research Engineering Manager at Delta-Q Technologies, this session will provide a practical, engineering-driven overview of V2X technologies (V2L, V2G, V2H, and V2V) with a focus on how these operating modes can be applied in industrial and off‑highway vehicles.

iVT Expo USA 2026 attendees can visit ZAPI GROUP at booth 720.
